Is it easy to return items?

In order to return a product you will need to call the store or email us at anniejewelwf@gmail.com. If you are eligible for a return you can ship back the product using any shipping provider of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit typically within 48 hours. 

What items are returnable?

Only unused, unworn items with original tags still attached can be returned for store credit. The items must have been purchased in the last 14 days.

What items are non-refundable?

• Jewelry, undergarments, and swimsuits.
• Items marked as final sale. Worn or used items, items without the original tags attached. 
• Items with deodorant stains, makeup stains, smoke smells, pet hair, etc. 
• It is up to our discretion if an item is no longer in 'as new' condition, therefore no longer being eligible for a refund.
